![]() Hold the ball shoulder-level and twist, pulling the ball down towards your hips back and forth, and make sure your feet are off the ground and you're squeezing your abs every time you twist. Balance on your butt, legs bent at the knees and grab an 8-10lb weighted ball. But to get the lower part, try ball twists. Lost the weight, now just have to tone that stomach. Never have been able to wear a bikini, and I'm determined to finally get into one this summer. I'm struggling with abs myself right now. You've got to reduce your overall body fat, as mentioned by others here, and get in plenty of cardio. Unfortunately there's no "quick fix" to a flat stomach. Do you think this will work? I mean do you think if I cut out cereal I will see results? Considering that cereal is basically my main food right now? From this day forward, no more cereal.except every once in awhile. I honestly think the cereal is what gets me. I feel that if I can do this and keep up with my 6 day a week exercising, and the work out you gave me, drink water, and watch what I eat, I will see results. Not even for breakfast and especially not for lunch. As much as I hate to do this, I need to stop eating cereal. I suppose that is better than eating cake but if I really want to loose weight, aka: loose belly fat, I need to cut out that cereal. Okay, so I have been thinking: Cereal is my comfort food.
